Peak Group was established in April, 2003. The firm practices landlord and tenant representation, as well as land and investment property acquisitions and dispositions.

• Successfully worked with a range of customers from the first-time tenant and developer to large national retailers and established developers
• Established relationships with architects, engineers, contractors and attorneys

Matthew Chambers founded Peak Group and is its Principal. He has over 25 years of business experience, including commercial real estate, corporate financial management, business planning and development. His in-depth background and understanding of financial analysis, strategy and execution makes him distinctly successful in evaluating all real estate opportunities. Mr. Chambers has an undergraduate in Accounting and an M.B.A. in Finance. He has also been an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers since 1999.
